Course Description

A rational approach in studying the basic concepts and principles of ecology, man's dependence and effect on the environment, his misuse of the environment, means of maintaining environmental integrity, and the role of the government in environmental protection. 

Objectives
 
a. To produce individuals with highly technological and specialized skills; and
 
b. to equip the students with the necessary foundation in the basic natural sciences required by a society on the threshold of rapid economic modernization.
